To accommodate fine cutting processing (micro precision machining) centered on resin cutting and plastic cutting, we have introduced the ultra-high precision high-speed fine processing machine, Android, manufactured by ROKKO Industry. By disclosing the three major elements of machine tools—vibration, thermal displacement, and spindle runout—we can grasp the minute behavior of the processing machine and freely correct it, achieving high-precision stable fine processing with a machining accuracy of ±1 micron or less. This is a general term for technology that performs extremely fine and precise processing on resins. To accommodate tolerances in the micrometer range, we have established the optimal processing environment (high temperature and high humidity factory) and processing equipment for resins and plastics, with a complete system in place for skilled technicians to carry out the processing. Furthermore, we have established an inspection system for precision verification, allowing us to process products that meet our customers' requests. Fine processing is generally thought to involve the machining of products that cannot be recognized by the naked eye; however, it also relates to cases where thousands of holes with a diameter of 0.5mm or less are required within a 100mm x 200mm area. Fine processing involves using tools and measuring instruments that differ from standard ones, and the processing machine must be capable of accommodating these requirements, or the product itself must be extremely small, which is how we define fine processing.

The six-axis automatic lathe has six machining positions and can perform six cutting processes simultaneously.
