Urethane rubber is a material suitable for bushings, with excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. It is easy to color, so materials other than natural colors, such as black, are commonly used. As the hardness decreases, processing becomes more difficult. MC Nylon Bush Cutting Process

MC Nylon supports various machining methods. Bushings can be produced in quantities of hundreds even with machining.

MC Nylon, characterized by its blue color, is a high-strength material that enhances the weaknesses of 6 Nylon and others. It has water absorption and is tough, but as a result, its dimensional stability is inferior to that of POM. It is suitable for various cutting processes such as turning, milling, and machining.

Polyacetal sheet machining
