We are machining plastics using a lathe! Since molds are not required, we can produce small quantities at low cost.
Ishikawa Precision Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in NC lathe machining of plastics (such as ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, polypropylene, acrylic, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, etc.) and brass. Compared to molding processes, it does not require molds, allowing for low-cost production even in small lots. We mainly manufacture fishing floats, but we also accept orders for lathe machining of ABS resin and brass, among other materials, at low prices for small lots. We carry out everything in-house, from cutting resin and metal parts to assembly, painting, and packaging, so we can accommodate short delivery times.
Business Activities
■ "Plastic Machining" We perform machining of resin round bars with a diameter of 30mm or less using NC lathes. Compared to molding processes, no molds are required, allowing for low-cost production even in small quantities. * We can machine resin materials such as ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, polypropylene, acrylic, PVC, and polyethylene. * We have stock of ABS resin (natural, black, transparent), enabling us to accommodate short delivery times. "Brass Machining" We perform machining of brass round bars with a diameter of 16mm or less using NC lathes. * We have stock available, allowing for short delivery times.
