コスト算定システム(板金加工編)は、NCTプレス加工・レーザー加工・溶接作業など『板金加工品』について、その図面と生産条件(生産ロットなど)をもとにエクセルで開発したコストを算出するソフトウエアです。 本ソフトは、コストテーブル手法を採用して、図面情報(寸法や精度など)と生産条件(ロットや取り数など)の条件を入力することによって、コストを算出することができます。 品目のコストは、材料費と加工工程別の加工費に分けて表示され、加工費は、さらに加工時間(所要時間)と時間あたり加工費に分けた情報を表示し、保存しておくことができます。 また、コストは、作り方によって大きく変わってくるため、コスト・シミュレーションも可能です。
