[Case Study of Styrofoam Volume Reduction Machine] Cost-effective Upgrade Utilizing Existing Crushers
By utilizing existing crushers, it has become possible to update while keeping costs down.
Case Study 2: EPS Volume Reduction Machine RE-E1000A ■Industry: Recycling ■Application: Volume reduction of expanded polystyrene (fish boxes, food trays, cushioning materials for home appliances) 【Customer's Challenges】 The company located in Oita Prefecture is engaged in the material recycling of lightweight and bulky expanded polystyrene generated from fish boxes and food trays from supermarkets and markets, as well as cushioning materials from electronics retailers. The expanded polystyrene, crushed into small pieces by a shredder, is formed into sheets called ingots by the volume reduction machine, allowing it to be reborn as a raw material for re-commercialization. Previously, they were using our old model of the expanded polystyrene volume reduction machine, but due to aging from long-term use, they faced issues such as "powder from the crushed expanded polystyrene leaking through the gaps of the volume reduction machine" and "the ingots formed into sheets not being cut properly." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
