Due to the presence of a winding frame, it is possible to wind materials such as resin, iron, and aluminum, and use them according to different applications.
At Kitamoto Tech Co., Ltd., we handle the development, prototyping, and mass production of "bobbin coils" that are wound with lead wires (copper wires) onto bobbins.
Since the winding is done directly onto the bobbin, the workability and insulation properties are good, allowing for various shapes. However, depending on the thickness of the bobbin, the electrical characteristics may deteriorate.
Our company also conducts development and prototyping of winding coils, control boards, electronic circuits, and unit production. Please feel free to contact us with product image diagrams; hand-drawn sketches are also acceptable.
【Features】
■ Winding can be done on materials such as resin, iron, and aluminum, allowing for differentiation based on application.
■ Good workability and insulation properties, enabling various shapes.
■ The applicable wire diameter ranges from φ0.012 to φ3.2 (reference value), and lead wires (copper wires) are selected according to the number of turns and specifications.
