Examples of Pile Fabric Composite Materials ■ Heat Seal (Thermal Welding) Composite Material (Carpet Fabric + Non-Woven Fabric) - By heat sealing (thermal welding) carpet fabric and non-woven fabric with a heat roll, it is possible to eliminate adhesive materials. - Width of 4m, total thickness of 6-10mm - Achievements: Currently considering the establishment of a recycling system with distributors and recycling companies. ■ Tile Carpet (50cm square) (Carpet Fabric + PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)) - PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is adhered to the back of the carpet fabric at 4-6 kg/m².
