When inspecting urethane products manufactured in Japan overseas, there were discrepancies in the measured values between Japan and overseas, leading to a persistently high rate of dimensional defects. Therefore, we collaboratively analyzed the causes of defects in the current products with our customers. Using our equipment and measurement know-how, we proposed optimal methods, maintained a quality assurance system even in fluid management, and continuously reduced the defect rate.
