Our company handles a "system-integrated automatic measurement device" that moves a strip-shaped laser sensor parallel to the measurement object, reading values at 50mm intervals and determining the displacement amount as a strain value. It targets rail materials up to 4600mm in length, connecting various correction machines and automatic measurement devices through a workpiece transport system as a correction system. This specification allows for the calculation of correction amounts based on the state of the workpiece and the determination of pass/fail after correction. Additionally, it is equipped with a 90-degree inversion function and a centering function that also facilitates the transfer of workpieces.
