Diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases based on the potential occurring in the epidermis (epidermal potential) have been proposed. For example, it has been reported that the epidermal potential decreases at the site of onset of atopic dermatitis, and that healing of the barrier function damaged by applying potential to the skin is promoted. On the other hand, conventional methods for measuring and applying epidermal potential have challenges related to invasiveness and quantitativeness. This invention provides a device that can measure epidermal potential simply and with low invasiveness by inserting a painless needle, used for insulin injections, to a moderate depth. **Effect**: By treating the skin surface of hairless mice or humans with stratum corneum removal or degreasing treatment to reduce barrier function, it was confirmed that both epidermal potential and moisture dispersion decreased compared to before the treatment.

Evaluating the friction and pressure stimuli (tactile stimuli) caused by contact with underwear, diapers, and sanitary napkins that touch human skin is important for clothing design. In the evaluation of tactile stimuli, assessments such as rubbing on alternative areas like the arm during fitting have been conducted; however, these are influenced by individual differences among evaluators and their physical condition, necessitating objective evaluation methods. Taking diapers as an example, since the users are infants and toddlers, surveys are not feasible, making it impossible to evaluate tactile stimuli, which is considered one of the causes of diaper rash. Therefore, the present invention provides a tactile stimulus sensor that enables the quantification of tactile stimuli during diaper wear.

The "3095 (3098 PTT PLUS 3090 EEPS(TM))" is a particle size distribution measurement device that supports reduced loss rates and sampling at high back pressure. The 3090 EEPS measures the particle size distribution of PM emitted from engines in real-time. The 3098 PTT consists of a dilution mechanism using PTT and a volatile particle removal mechanism known as CS. By adopting the Porous Tube Thermodiluter dilution mechanism, it reduces particle loss within the device. 【Features】 ■ When combined with EEPS, it acquires number concentration and mass concentration particle size distribution in real-time (10 Hz). ■ Equipped with a volatile particle removal device (Catalytic Stripper) that is being considered for introduction in the next European emission regulations under the PMP method. ■ Reduction of particle loss due to thermophoresis and diffusion. ■ New software allows for control of the dilution ratio of PTT and EEPS. ■ Calibration of PPT only requires replacing the modular flow controller. ■ EEPS can be retrofitted to PTT. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
