Innovating quality control through color quantification.

We aim to innovate quality control in manufacturing through color measurement technology. Transitioning from traditional "sensory" color evaluation to "quantitative and digital" assessment. By enabling stable inspections for anyone, we can reduce product quality variation and achieve standardization and efficiency in the inspection process. In particular, color measurement on surfaces using 2D colorimeters allows for the acquisition of color information at the pixel level, enabling quantitative evaluation not only of color differences but also of texture differences. We are also focusing on the development of compact and lightweight models, balancing ease of use in the field with flexible operation. All captured data can be stored and managed digitally, supporting traceability and the accumulation of inspection history. We strongly support the digital transformation of quality management and contribute to the future of the manufacturing industry.
