Manufacturing of parts through metal shaping

We propose the benefits of metal shaping.

In metal molding, it is possible to incorporate complex shapes by integrating three-dimensional water channels into the mold, which improves production efficiency through enhanced cooling rates, reduces mold manufacturing days by adding some additional shaping, and decreases welding labor and jig requirements through the integrated molding of multiple parts. It also contributes to mold-less solutions (reducing management labor and storage space) and lightweight technology, proving beneficial across various industries. We would like to advance development together with our customers based on our accumulated knowledge and their concepts. At the Toyohashi facility, we operate with EN9100 (including ISO9001) equivalent to JISQ9100 and have obtained medical device manufacturing licenses. 3D modeling service

We will obtain data through 3D scanning and create shapes using cutting processing.

Our scanning method captures 3D data at a rate of 4 million points per second, faithfully reflecting the subject as it is. This three-dimensional data can also be processed digitally. Fine adjustments to expressions and poses can be easily handled through digital processing. The final image can be checked digitally while manipulating the 360° model. Based on this 3D data, we cut and shape metal materials. We can create sculptures using various metals, including copper alloys and aluminum alloys. The size of the sculptures is determined by the size of the processing equipment, and we have large-scale facilities. The precision of the products we manufacture through machining is within tens of microns, allowing us to create digital data almost exactly as it is. We also accept monument production for non-human subjects. Currently, there are two main methods for creating typical bronze statues. The first method involves commissioning a sculptor to create a clay model of the requester. This model is then used to make a sand mold, into which molten copper alloy is poured (casting) to create the bronze statue. The second method involves creating a death mask, from which a sand mold is made, and then casting is done similarly to the first method. The method we employ for creation differs from these two approaches, as we use a third method to produce bronze statues.

Metal 3D printing contract manufacturing service

Our company owns multiple metal 3D printers (powder bed type) and provides contract manufacturing services.

Our company offers contract manufacturing using metal 3D printers (Additive Manufacturing). The 3D printing technology creates slice data based on the 3D CAD data of the target product or part, and builds the object layer by layer. A layer of metal powder (approximately 30 to 100 μm) is spread, and by irradiating a beam (electron beam/laser beam) according to the slice data, the metal powder is melted and solidified.
