In the punching process of stainless steel substrates (thickness 0.4t), using the general material (carbide V30), the number of shots reached around 60,000, at which point the wear of the cutting edge became critical, necessitating regrinding (1.5mm per time). By implementing "I-NIX treatment," the friction coefficient was reduced, successfully extending the lifespan.
