Bending Die "EZ-DIE"

Processing of SPCC, SUS, and color steel sheets without scratches is possible! Insert (V width) replacement can be easily performed.

"EZ-DIE" is a bending die suitable for products that are sensitive to bending marks. It can be used in the same way as a standard V-die by attaching an insert to the holder, and it is also possible to use inserts with different V widths with the same holder. The V angles are 86°, 88°, and 90°, with a holder length of 415mm.
