We would like to introduce the lever boot made from the prototype mold we created, which is an elastomer molded product. The gas venting is primarily done through air vents and core splits, as well as pins. AJ Sky Mesh is a replacement screen with a mesh size of 80 mesh (0.25 mm). While 18 mesh (1 mm) screens are common, they allow small insects under 1 mm to easily slip through the mesh and invade the indoors. The AJ Sky Mesh is effective in preventing the intrusion of such tiny pests. Additionally, while smaller mesh sizes typically reduce airflow, the AJ Sky Mesh is made from extremely fine threads, allowing it to maintain airflow comparable to a 1 mm mesh screen without compromising the mesh size.
