The AP-50D cassette-type double-stud forming line produces steel base materials such as corner studs for residential building materials. In the pre-processing section (running pre-notch section), hole drilling and notch processing are performed before forming, and since the main forming machine is a cassette-type double line, roll exchanges for product cross-sections can be completed in a short time using a cassette exchange method. Due to its double-line design, preparations for the next product cross-section can be made during production with external setup.
