Traditionally, we performed forging processing in four separate steps, but now we have reduced the thickness to 1.7 mm and increased the height to 4.3 mm through progressive processing from coil material. By switching to progressive processing, the positioning accuracy has improved, and the quality (concentricity) has been enhanced. Additionally, while we previously used to press out a plate and then machine pins to be riveted, we can now form four pins from a single plate using press processing and also machine the grooves of the pins.
