We have realized automatic measurement and inspection by equipping a probe on the end of an industrial robot, allowing it to contact measurement points through teaching, without human intervention, for the Keyence 3D measurement probe system that can be simply measured manually. We automate the measurement of shapes such as thickness, terminals, assembly steps, and gaps. By automating and digitizing measurements that are difficult with two-dimensional measurements like cameras or manual measurements with jigs, we contribute to our customers' digital transformation (DX). We will also consult with you to ensure that the automatic reading, selection, and measurement instructions for the model from the previous process can be done without an operator, as we anticipate automation.
