The TBCP3-1000 is a fixed aperture RF current monitoring probe. It has a very flat response with a 3dB bandwidth of 1 GHz and is characterized and usable over a frequency range of 30 kHz to 1 GHz. The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 17 mm. Its transfer impedance is close to 20 dB ohms in the range of 3 MHz to 1 GHz. Tekbox provides calibration fixtures compatible with the TBCP3 series of fixed aperture current probes.

Upon request, a test protocol covering a frequency range of 1 kHz to 350 MHz can also be provided. Its transmission impedance is > 12 dB ohms in the range of 700 kHz to 300 MHz. The TBCP2-500 shows a flat response with a 3dB bandwidth of 500 MHz and is characterized over a frequency range of 30 kHz to 600 MHz. Upon request, the test protocol can be extended to frequencies up to 1 kHz. Its transmission impedance is > 15 dB ohms in the range of 1 MHz to 500 MHz. The TBCP2-750 shows a very flat response with a 3dB bandwidth of 750 MHz and is characterized over a frequency range of 30 kHz to 800 MHz. The insertion loss is 8 dB over most of the bandwidth, fully complying with the insertion loss specifications of IEC / EN 61000-4-6. The BCI probe is designed primarily for conducting immunity testing of automotive products in accordance with standard ISO11452-4, mainly in the frequency range of 1 MHz to 400 MHz. The insertion loss is 5 dB over most of the bandwidth. It complies with the insertion loss specifications of ISO11452-4 in the frequency range of 250 kHz to 230 MHz.
