Winding processing, machining, and assembly are handled by our company.
Winding processing (bobbin winding, hollow winding, core winding, etc.) is carried out using our own winding machines, and we can accommodate small lots during the development stage. Additionally, we perform magnetization treatment, impregnation treatment, and assembly including soldering. We typically use round wire of about 1.2mm for mass production. In turning processing, we aim to achieve both coaxiality and mass production using NC lathes equipped with a rear spindle.
Specializes in difficult-to-machine materials and ultra-fine hole processing.
We specialize in fine hole processing with diameters ranging from Φ0.05 to 0.5, with up to 9000 holes per sheet, as well as drilling Φ0.4 holes in HRC60 hardened SK material. We excel in machining difficult materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium. We have been processing Inconel parts (Φ30×25) approximately 3 times a year, producing 80 to 200 pieces each time for the past 15 years.
