There are resin types such as ABS-like resin and zinc-type (PP-like) that can be selected based on the application.
Light shaping is a type of layered manufacturing method that generates 2D cross-sections from 3D CAD data designed at a pitch of 0.05 to 0.2 mm (converting it into slice data), and cures photosensitive resin layer by layer using a laser to solidify these 2D contour shapes.
With 3D data, you can immediately confirm realistic shapes. The shortest process from virtual to real is nylon 12 powder additive manufacturing.
Although light shaping is a one-floor process, it is possible to create multi-layered structures through stacking (see Figure 3), allowing for a quick response to a variety of products and large quantities. If we receive the 3D data by the evening, we can ship as early as the next day.
