Our company reduces the tool production period through a unique processing program using general-purpose tools. We respond flexibly and quickly to design changes, contributing to improved development speed. ■2. Optimal method selection based on quantity For small to medium production runs, such as prototypes, we compress costs and lead times without dedicated tools. On the other hand, for larger quantities, we can internally produce dedicated special hob cutters to enhance productivity. ■3. In 1998, we were among the first in the prototyping industry to introduce the Sinterstation from the U.S. company DTM, and we have a proven track record with many prototypes. Currently, we have three machines in operation: the Sinterstation 2500plus and SEMplice (large powder sintering additive manufacturing). We offer two types of materials: DuraForm (equivalent to nylon 12) and DuraForm GF (glass-filled). Additionally, we can provide a comprehensive service in-house, from solid modeling to manufacturing, painting finishes, and, if necessary, machining of the manufactured parts.
