Our company conducts integrated production of complex shapes with a single machine. Depending on the product, we use large, medium, and small multi-forming machines to perform bending processing of wire and sheet materials. We have extensive experience, especially with materials that have springback, such as spring materials. We specialize in wire springs, flat springs, and shaped springs, particularly those with complex shapes. We can handle wire diameters from 0.1 to 5.0 mm and sheet thicknesses from 0.05t to 1.5t, accommodating a wide range of production from prototypes to mass production.
