Ingots can be cast in small quantities starting from several dozen kilograms! Materials such as plates and round bars can be produced.
We would like to introduce the material prototyping we undertake. We prototype metal materials with any component composition, including steel. We can cast ingots in small quantities starting from several tens of kilograms. We perform hot processing such as forging and rolling, as well as heat treatment, to produce materials like plates and round bars. Additionally, we create evaluation test pieces through machining from these materials, and as needed, we conduct metal microstructure observation, mechanical tests, strength evaluations such as fatigue tests, corrosion resistance evaluations like salt spray tests, and measurements of various physical properties.
