At Mixi, Inc., we have introduced the reception system "Smart at reception" as part of the replacement of telephone equipment across the entire group and the introduction of FMC. Initially, we operated by receiving calls on an iPhone instead of a fixed phone via PBX from a system on an iPad. However, with the introduction of Slack across the entire group, we modified the functionality to send visitor notifications directly to Slack via DM from "Smart at reception." Additionally, to reduce operational costs for administrators, we added a feature for bulk registration of user IDs in Slack and the registration of profile pictures by administrators. We believe that displaying profile pictures is an important feature for customers who search by last name, and we have received positive feedback about it.
