We have newly developed and started selling a new binder material specifically for sand mold 3D printers that can directly create sand cores from CAD data, responding to customer needs: "Phenol: heat-resistant reinforced, gas-compatible specifications." With the addition of the phenol binder (adhesive) to our lineup, it has become possible to create sand molds with high heat resistance and hardness, making them suitable for more complex and thin-walled castings. The phenolic resin we are launching is one of the thermosetting resins.
