Cutting processing material: PPS resin

A material that excels in flame resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties, and dimensional stability!

We would like to introduce the cutting processing material "PPS resin" that we handle. It is a crystalline resin with excellent heat resistance (continuous use temperature of about 220°C), mechanical strength, rigidity, flame retardancy, chemical resistance, electrical properties, and dimensional stability. Due to its low coefficient of linear expansion and low water absorption, it has excellent dimensional stability. We offer products such as "TPS-PPS Natural" and our original conductive grade "TPS-PPS230-AE3," which is compounded with special carbon. 【Features of TPS-PPS Natural/TPS-PPS G40% BK】 ■ Excellent dimensional stability due to low coefficient of linear expansion and low water absorption ■ Extremely excellent chemical resistance, unaffected by strong inorganic acids and strong alkalis ■ High strength and high rigidity, with excellent fatigue resistance and creep resistance *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Data] Modification of the tensile properties of YS resin polyolefin.

When applied to polymer materials, it is possible to moderately adjust the tensile properties!

This document presents the results of an investigation into the changes in the SS curve when various "YS resins (terpene-based resins)" are blended with PP. As an evaluation method, the product was melt-mixed with PP using a twin-screw extruder to create pellets. These pellets were then injection molded into test specimens according to ASTM standards, and tensile tests were conducted. We are introducing figures of the SS curves for the clear resin composition, terpene phenol resin, and YS resin composition. Please take a look. 【Contents (partial)】 ■ Evaluation method ■ Evaluation samples ■ Melt mixing conditions ■ Creation of test specimens ■ Tensile tests ■ Results *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Recycled resin 60% content substrate OPP tape 'No.372HQ-R60'

Smooth sealing is possible even with machine application! The unwinding is light, so the operator does not feel any strain.

The No.372HQ-R60 is an adhesive tape for OPP packaging made from a substrate containing 60% recycled resin, using a rubber-based adhesive similar to craft tape. Unlike tapes that use acrylic-based adhesives, it has a low odor, making it considerate of the working environment. The solvent-free rubber-based adhesive, which has excellent stability, demonstrates high holding power (sealing) even when stored and transported in high humidity conditions. Additionally, it has excellent impact resistance, making it a product that is less likely to break or peel off. 【Features】 ■ Substrate containing recycled resin % ■ Reduction of CO2 emissions ■ Paper core made from 100% recycled paper ■ Light unwind force ■ Holding power and impact resistance ■ Low odor *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
