Electromagnetic wave shielding fabric
A lightweight new material that shields electromagnetic waves from 100 kHz to 5 GHz and excels in processability such as sewing and cutting. *Flame retardant mark obtained.
● It excels in electromagnetic wave shielding (reflection, absorption, blocking, and shielding), and since it is a conductive fabric fiber, there is no generation of static electricity, allowing the entire fabric to be grounded. ● Weight reduction: Compared to shielding measures using metal, it is lighter and has better handling properties. Ventilation holes: High breathability is achieved using conductive fabric, allowing for shielding at the hole areas. ● The fabric is made from aramid fibers that are coated with copper and nickel plating, providing high conductivity, bend resistance, and flexibility. Additionally, aramid fibers are high-performance fibers that possess heat resistance and flame retardancy, and are used in applications such as firefighting suits. ● A three-layer structure of PET yarn plated with Ni (nickel) + Cu (copper) + Ni (nickel) exhibits excellent shielding properties.
