Explosion-proof series - Absolute linear displacement/positioning sensor

High-performance absolute linear displacement sensor realized in explosion-proof specifications.

The Temposonics explosion-proof series has obtained ATEX certification recognized in Europe. It offers the same performance and a variety of interfaces as standard Temposonics sensors, and features compact, high-performance explosion-proof linear displacement sensors available in rod and profile types. Depending on the usage environment, both pressure-resistant explosion-proof and simple explosion-proof options are available. Please consult us if TIIS certification is required.

Magnetic Strain Absolute Linear Displacement Sensor

Supports a wide range of interfaces, including industrial Ethernet.

The Temposonics R series is a magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor compatible with industrial Ethernet protocols such as EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and Profinet RT. Additionally, the E series supports IO-Link. It provides high speed, high precision, and high durability for position detection in industrial automation equipment and devices, enabling connection with control devices using these protocols. It also reduces cable wiring and helps to lower overall system costs. The measurement range is from 25mm to 20m, and a variety of sensor shapes are available, including rod/profile (rail guide) types, flexible types, and sensor head separation types. Furthermore, traditional analog outputs as well as digital outputs such as CAN, DeviceNet, Profibus, and SSI are also available.

Multi-turn angle sensor "MAS"

Multi-rotation angle measurement with mechanical mechanism.

1. Selectable measurement accuracy ・ 0.036 degree ・ ・ ・ 0 to 3599 degrees ・ 0.36 degree ・ ・ ・ 0 to 35999 degrees ・ 3.6 degrees ・ ・ 0 to 359999 degrees ・ 36 degrees ・ ・ 0 to 3599999 degrees 2. No power supply is required at all times by measuring the angle with a mechanical mechanism. A mechanism that does not use a storage device ensures that there is no loss of location information. 3. Maintains high environmental resistance. Clears 30G earthquake resistance and 92G shock resistance.

High-response optical fiber temperature sensor

High-response optical fiber temperature sensor

The high-response optical fiber temperature sensor (FOT-HERO) is a very compact and highly accurate sensor. It is completely unaffected by electric and magnetic fields (EMI - Electro Magnetic Interference). The sensing element is made of Si:H (silicon) and has a small size of 150×150μm, making it suitable for research and development of Electronic Explosive Devices (EED). The response time is less than 1ms, and it does not interfere with the EED circuit. The sensor can accurately measure the temperature of the bridge wire even when exposed to EMI. The temperature range of the sensor is 0 to 120°C. Since there is a proportional relationship between the current flowing through the bridge wire and the temperature, it is possible to study ignition conditions caused by interference such as EMI. The measurements are based on detecting changes in the refractive index of Si:H caused by temperature variations.
