Additionally, unlike cylinder-type systems, motor-driven systems produce less noise and vibration, and there is no exhaust, which helps maintain a good working environment. The CS series features a motor for the drive method, an impulse-type seal, and a nozzle-type structure for degassing, making it an energy-conscious product. The motor consumes power only when it is operating, approximately 15W. Since it is impulse-type, the seal is energized only momentarily, resulting in low power consumption, and there is no need for preheating, allowing work to start immediately after turning on the power. Furthermore, the nozzle-type degassing can be completed in a shorter time compared to chamber-type systems, and the power consumption of the vacuum pump is less than one-fifth.
