Drying and sintering of metal ink using infrared heater.

Both drying and sintering processes are possible in one operation! Here are examples of utilization using infrared heaters.

Printed electronics and functional coatings are used in wireless IC tags as part of mobile phones and credit cards (smart cards), for anti-counterfeiting, or as security features for ID cards. In the drying and sintering of printed electronics using infrared heaters, infrared can heat at high power without contacting the substrate. Due to the fast ON/OFF response, thermal damage can be minimized even if the line suddenly stops. 【Features of Drying and Sintering of Printed Electronics】 ■ Infrared can heat at high power without contacting the substrate. ■ Infrared heaters can be optimized for functional coatings by adjusting the wavelength, output, and heater pitch. ■ The fast ON/OFF response minimizes thermal damage even if the line suddenly stops. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

High-density sintering

Achieving a high density sintering of 7.5g/cm³ or more.

We have achieved high-density sintering with a sintering density of over 7.5 g/cm³ using our unique powder production technology. Conventional sintering typically has a density limit of around 7.2 g/cm³, which is lower than the density of common steel materials at 7.8 g/cm³, resulting in inferior mechanical properties. On the other hand, while Metal Injection Molding (MIM) achieves a density of over 7.5 g/cm³, it faces challenges such as high shrinkage rates, low dimensional stability, and expensive unit and mold costs. High-density sintering is a new technology that resolves the issues of conventional sintering and MIM by achieving a density of over 7.5 g/cm³, with low shrinkage rates and high dimensional stability, all at a low cost.

Porous body molding method polymer sintering

It is a molding method for creating a porous body that weaves a three-dimensional mesh structure.

Polymer sintering is a molding method that creates a porous body with an average pore size by filling polymer particles of a predetermined particle size into a molding die, applying heat to fuse adjacent particles at an area, and then cooling the material. The porous body has a vast specific surface area and exhibits various interfacial scientific properties on its surface. By passing fluids such as air or water through capillaries, it can efficiently purify wastewater and separate impurities in water. 【Features】 - A molding method to create porous bodies - Manufacturing of plate-shaped, pipe-shaped, and various other molded forms - Possesses various functions such as liquid absorption cores, gas and liquid flow control, and foaming - Capable of purifying wastewater and separating impurities in water (filtration) - Can be manufactured in desired shapes For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
