Sound-absorbing material that is easy to install and process. It is easy to punch and bend, and there is no worry about scattering, making handling and installation easy.

(1) Cutting Cutting is usually done using shearing or a press machine. Shears or metal cutting scissors can also be used, allowing for cutting at the construction site. (2) Drilling For small diameters up to approximately φ5, drilling is possible. For larger holes, there is a risk of the material breaking apart, so please use an NC press machine or laser for processing. (3) Bending Bending can be processed at angles up to 90°. Bending with a radius of 5R or more can typically be done with standard materials, but for less than that, TH material is recommended. When enclosing a noise source, ensure that there is an air gap sufficient for the soundproofing panel, and attach the acoustic material on the inside of the soundproofing panel (i.e., the side facing the noise source). Using internal sound-absorbing materials (such as Acoustisell) instead of an air gap can provide even higher sound absorption effectiveness. *Available for sale from one sheet.
