[Demo units available for loan] Introduction of case studies using ultrasonic staplers.
We would like to introduce a case study of using the ultrasonic stapler "Haruru AUH30" to continuously weld bubble wrap (bubble cushioning material). This product allows for welding while pulling sideways when a rotary option chip is attached. This time, we attached a horn cover (a resin cover) and attempted to weld commercially available bubble wrap. We were able to weld from both sides of small to relatively large bubbles. [Case Study] ■ Target Material: Bubble wrap (bubble cushioning material): Polyethylene (PE) ■ Equipment Used: Ultrasonic stapler "Haruru AUH30" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
Due to its peaky behavior, it requires familiarity for handling! It's an excellent product that can weld more deeply instantaneously.
Are you aware of the "Chip M" that was released six months after the launch of the Suzuki new ultrasonic stapler "Haruru" AUH30? I believe few people know the reason why this "Chip M," which has capabilities exceeding those of the standard chip (Chip E), did not become the standard chip. The tip of the chip is square with dimensions of 0.8mm x 6mm, and it leaves a welding mark during the welding process. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related link. Ultrasonic Welding Stapler M1057PA-MS
Ultrasonic one-push powerful welding! A stapler that is easy to use even for beginners. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ The battery-powered unit can be secured around the waist with a band, allowing work to be done anywhere without needing a specific location. ■ No metal staples (stapler pins) are used, so there is no risk of injury. ■ No metal staples, tape, or rubber bands are used, resulting in no waste. ■ There is no risk of foreign object contamination, so there is no concern about accidental ingestion. ■ Capable of welding thermoplastic products made of PSP/PP/PVC/OPS/HIPS/A-PET. ■ Instant welding of materials with just one finger using friction heat generated by ultrasonic vibrations at 80,000 times per second. ■ Safe and secure as it does not use heat sources like heaters. ■ Welding time can be adjusted with a timer according to the material and application. ■ For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
Introducing a stapler for terminal processing to speed up processing!
This product is a terminal processing stapler with a wider mouth than conventional staplers. It smoothly enters the high horse terminals, improving work efficiency. It contributes to speeding up the processing. 【Features】 ■ Wider mouth than conventional staplers ■ Conventional 12mm → Flexis 18mm ■ Smoothly enters high horse terminals, enhancing work efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
Here is an example of applying the SDC type solenoid to an electric stapler.
Generally, a stapler that is manually operated is equipped with a solenoid to make it electric, and this diagram shows the state without excitation. By exciting the solenoid, the punch metal and needle case are pushed down, and the tip of the needle case comes into contact with the receiving metal and stops. The punch metal is further pushed down, and the punch section pushes out the needle to complete the punching. By deactivating the excitation, the punch metal and needle case are pushed back by the force of the return spring and plate spring, and the hinge lever returns to its original position, completing the operation. In this usage method, since the stroke length is relatively long, care should be taken to make the connection between the movable iron core and the hinge lever a long hole, ensuring that the movable iron core operates smoothly. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
Packing items that do not use needles! They can be fused quickly, easily, safely, and hygienically, while also reducing running costs.
The "Haruru" AUH30 is an ultrasonic stapler that can be used in a wide range of industries including food, gardening, crafts, packaging, and sewing. By setting the oscillation time, you can achieve welding with just one push, making operation simple. 【Features】 ◇ With a standard tip height of 14mm, it can weld deep containers. ◇ Even when the handpiece is closed, a space of Φ30 is maintained, allowing for versatile usage. ◇ Vibration has been reduced, increasing safety. ◇ There is a variety of tip shapes available, making it suitable for a wider range of industries, including sewing-related companies. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
A new AUH30 type handpiece that can be connected to the connector of the old model stapler SUH-30!
We have received many inquiries from customers asking, "Can the new model 'Haruru' AUH30 handpiece be attached to the old model ultrasonic stapler 'Haruru' SUH-30?" This is because the old model ultrasonic stapler (SUH-30) connected the main unit and handpiece via a connector, while the new (current) ultrasonic stapler 'Haruru' AUH30 has the handpiece directly attached to the main unit. Additionally, over 20,000 units of the old stapler have been shipped since its release, and it is still actively in use. The decision to have the handpiece directly attached was made to ensure more stable usage. However, in exchange, we have released a new AUH30 type handpiece that can be connected to the connector of the old stapler SUH-30. *For detailed information, please refer to the related links.
