Based on large-scale deliveries to elementary schools, we designed our own tablet storage cabinet.

We produced this at the request of government offices in Osaka Prefecture. With the recent spread of tablet education, we have received many requests for tablet storage cabinets from government offices nationwide. This time, we manufactured a total of five units with a single tier and adjustable features for a nursery. The shape is square and compact, making it visually appealing. The tablet storage cabinets can also be made in two tiers, with casters, and with size modifications. Additionally, since our company manufactures custom-made products, we can accommodate detailed requests regarding the number and width of clamps and acrylic partition panels.

The typical thickness of a regular locker is 0.7mm to 0.8mm, which does not provide robustness. At Jinba Works, we possess the design and manufacturing know-how for a (so-called) "iron safe" with a thickness of approximately 1.6mm to 3.2mm, rather than a safe with fire resistance and other features.

We received an order for five custom-made map cases with a width of over 2200 mm and a depth of over 1500 mm, which are very large drawers.

We have produced two types of extra-large drawer storage cabinets. A total of five units, in 8-drawer and 10-drawer types. The 10-drawer type has effective internal dimensions of W2202×D1540×H49, with a stroke of over 1 meter. We have reinforced the back of the drawers with materials both vertically and horizontally, ensuring strength and maintaining a level surface, making this a product we are proud of.

Using high load-bearing slide rails and incorporating know-how into the bending structure and reinforcement welding for the sheet metal construction, this work has been completed. By ensuring a level horizontal alignment, we were able to achieve a smooth stroke.

At the request of the vehicle manufacturer, we are producing and delivering 100 units of the "unit safe" to be loaded onto truck beds.

This is an assembly scene in the unit storage. When flowing in lots, high productivity can be achieved by forming a line with the finishing group members and breaking down the tasks. The key point is how to optimize the line and personnel during work instructions. This time, since it involved small units and there were many detailed tasks such as door installation and screw tightening, the work was carried out on the second floor of the headquarters, mainly by female staff.
