The other day, shortly after 5 PM, we received a request for a quote for five processed items from a customer. The requester is a major printing manufacturer with whom we had a connection at a previous exhibition. Among the items, the one that caught our attention was a can structure using a 2m SS400 square pipe. The requirement for the perpendicularity of the end face was a strict tolerance of within 0.05mm, and there was also a specification for baked paint. Since it involves multiple processes, coordination and planning are crucial for preparing the estimate. Furthermore, the deadline for the response was the next morning—making it a race against time.
