Composite materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) are "designable" materials! We respond to your needs with a one-stop service from analysis to manufacturing inspection.
Sankyo Seisakusho utilizes a wide range of materials, from general-purpose plastics to advanced composite materials represented by carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), various metals, and inorganic materials, along with manufacturing technologies cultivated over 45 years. We respond accurately to the diverse needs of our customers, from conventional parts used in industrial equipment to advanced high-functionality structures for aerospace, radio, and aviation equipment. The workflow for FRP structures (parts) is as follows: 'Concept drawing from the customer → Analysis → Design → Manufacturing → Inspection/Testing → Delivery.' Business Activities
We are engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of electrical and mechanical components and structures for space and radio equipment, medical devices, and general industrial equipment, using advanced composite materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics, as well as hybrid structural materials made from general-purpose plastics and metal materials. We procure intermediate materials such as carbon fiber from fiber manufacturers and prepreg suppliers, and based on the customer's structural design, we proceed through the processes of analysis, manufacturing design, molding, machining, and assembly, delivering the final product to the specified delivery location after final inspection. In the case of composite materials, there are often aspects that cannot be confirmed during the final inspection, so we implement 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) management and process management (in-process inspection). Currently, we are limited to domestic sales, but we can prepare "non-applicability judgment documents" for customers' exports.
