Collection of Common Issues Faced by Engineers in Non-Contact Related Technologies
We propose solutions to unexpected problems that arise. We also introduce our core technologies that support problem-solving.
We are currently offering a collection of common issues faced by engineers, titled "Common Issues and Examples for Engineers," aimed at those who are tackling product design related to "wireless communication, sensing, mechanical system design, and non-contact power supply" for the first time. This document introduces the challenges our customers face when utilizing non-contact related technologies for designs, such as wanting to "operate and monitor devices remotely without touching them" or "automatically recognize and control without human presence," along with our proposed solutions. It is a compilation of information that you should know to prevent overlooking issues and rework. 【Main Common Issues Examples】 ■ No improvement observed despite changing the number or dimensions of antennas (wireless communication field) ■ Detection errors of sensors are larger than expected (sensing field) ■ Increased number of prototypes due to cut-and-try testing (mechanical system field) ■ Excessive heat generation during wireless power transmission (non-contact power supply field) *For more details, please refer to the "PDF Download."
