We would like to introduce a case where we handled an inheritance tax declaration just before the deadline. Despite attempting to prepare the inheritance tax return, the situation became critical with less than two months until the deadline, leading to concerns that it might not be possible to complete it. Consequently, we considered urgently requesting the assistance of a tax accountant. We searched for a judicial scrivener who has a succession consultant capable of adjusting their schedule, and we managed to finalize the signing and sealing of the estate division agreement and confirm the contents of the inheritance tax declaration just one week before the deadline.
