The "ZERO FREEZER" proposed by TSUMORI Co., Ltd. is a commercial freezing device that employs a liquid rapid freezing method. It combines a unique patented technology, the "up-and-down oscillation system," with a method of immersing food in -35°C food hygiene law-compliant alcohol brine solution.
