Case Study: Japanese Manufacturer - Emergency Response to Non-Delivery Issues Challenge: Products ordered from an overseas factory had not been delivered for two years, and the location of the molds was also unknown. The situation was critical, with no progress being made and product supply halting on the Japanese side.
