Surface treatment "electroplating"
Surface treatment for rust prevention and decoration of iron, commonly used in industries such as automotive, electrical, electronics, and construction.
"Electroplating" is a surface treatment technology that involves immersing an item in a solution containing metal cations that you want to adhere to the surface of the item, using the item as a cathode to deposit the metal electrically onto the cathode surface. "Zinc plating," which is widely used for electroplating due to its low cost and high corrosion resistance, is commonly applied as a rust prevention and decorative surface treatment for iron in the automotive, electrical, electronic, construction, and other industries. Additionally, there are copper, nickel, and chrome, which are typically applied for decorative purposes and are usually done in conjunction with buff polishing. [Features (Zinc Plating)] ■ Glossy Chromate (Unichrome): Blue-silver white ■ Colored Chromate (Chromate): Mainly yellow with iridescent colors ■ Black Chromate (Black Unichrome): Black ■ Trivalent Chromate: A treatment method that does not use hexavalent chromium in the treatment solution *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
