Our company manufactures 'honeycomb' structures that are lightweight yet possess excellent strength by using heat-resistant materials and spot welding (resistance welding). The joints have high strength for welding, and due to their conductivity, wire cutting processing is possible. Even with complex shapes, we can achieve high-precision finishes of approximately ±0.25mm without burrs. We also accommodate bending processes for R shapes and ring shapes.
