[Construction Case] Improvement of Punch Lifespan

Successfully achieved over 16 times lifespan improvement! Case study of New Kanak treatment + PVD (TiN) application.

To improve the lifespan of the core punch, we reviewed the selection of steel types. Previously, we used SKH51 material with CVD-TiC treatment, but the cause of the lifespan issue was the tip of the punch cracking in a ring shape, so we changed the material to carbide.
