The inner surface of the metal piping wears out prematurely because powdered resin is being conveyed through it. The wear is particularly significant at angled sections (such as bend pipes at 45° and 90°) and at the junctions of tee pipes that branch out in two directions, necessitating regular replacement of the metal piping.

This new surface treatment is harder, with a surface hardness of around HV1000, and has superior adhesion compared to conventional hard chrome plating. By partially treating the wear areas, we offer a solution that reduces material costs associated with regular replacements. The delivery time is approximately one week.
