Therefore, to create a good thermal spray coating, a high-temperature state is necessary to achieve sufficient melting, along with a high-speed state for spraying the particles. In the film formation process of thermal spraying, the molten particles collide with the substrate and simultaneously flatten out. Some particles may also splatter as droplets.
