The FVM-80A is an inline vibrating viscometer developed to meet the needs of customers aiming for automation in factory lines and high product quality. This product features a compact and lightweight design, with a completely sealed probe structure and an internal design that employs a balance-type vibrator using piezoelectric ceramics as the driving source, making it resistant to external vibrations and achieving high precision and reproducibility. The controller uses a PLL circuit, and the oscillation frequency is continuously controlled to be the same as the resonant frequency of the vibrator, allowing for accurate viscosity measurements even when the resonant frequency fluctuates due to temperature or other influences. This device is effective for managing the viscosity of various slurry mixtures, coating liquids, and food products in industrial applications, as well as for non-explosion-proof liquid viscosity management.

High-pressure and high-temperature fluid viscosity measurement device. Supports pressure up to 138 MPa, temperature up to 190°C, and viscosity up to 10,000 cP.

The device consists of a high-pressure sensor section and a setting/monitoring section, and it has a compact design suitable for tabletop use. The sensor operates electromagnetically with a falling piston, calculating the operating time based on viscosity.
