Super High Temperature Ball Lift Viscosity Meter BVM-13LHA

A device that can be measured in a high-temperature atmosphere of 2400℃!

This is a device for measuring the viscosity of molten liquids at high temperatures, using a ball pull-up method. We have developed the "BVM-13LH," which solves the issues of cumbersome balance operations and individual differences in measurement results associated with conventional ball pull-up viscometers, and further advanced it to create a device capable of measurements in a high-temperature environment of 2400°C.

Glass Testing Machine Ball Lift Viscosity Meter BVM-12

Measurement of glass viscosity from low to high temperatures.

This glass viscometer is a device that solves the drawbacks of the conventional ball uplift method, such as cumbersome balance operations and individual differences in measurement results. It utilizes an electronic balance (load cell scale) to raise and lower the balance body at a constant speed, measuring the viscous drag on the suspended ball to determine viscosity. (Patent pending)

Glass testing machine, ball lift type high-temperature viscometer BVM-13LH

For the measurement of viscosity of molten slag, etc.

In the ball lift-type viscosity measurement, after several years of changing the measurement system from the variable deformation of the weights of the viscosity balance to a variable speed lift of a suspended ball balance (patent published in March 1993), the latter method has generally been recognized. The ball lift-type high-temperature viscometer BVM-13LH further advances the advantages of this balance lift system. This glass viscometer adopts a touch panel sequencer, resolving all the shortcomings and complexities of conventional glass viscometers, allowing for fully automated measurements and immediate evaluation of results after measurement.

Glass testing machine Rotating high-temperature viscometer RVM-550

Viscosity measurement in the molten state of glass

It is a device commonly referred to as an internal cylinder rotational viscometer, which rotates an internal cylinder in a molten liquid within an outer cylinder container and measures the generated torque to determine the viscosity of glass.

Glass testing machine high-temperature penetration viscometer PVM-1400

For viscosity measurement around the softening point.

This device is a glass viscometer that employs the penetration method. The conventional needle penetration method has been used for measuring in the high viscosity range (around 10^10 Pa·s), but this viscometer is a new measurement device that can measure from the molten state to the solidified state. In the low viscosity range (10^2 to 10^8 Pa·s), viscosity is measured by controlling the penetration speed and measuring the resistance (load) applied at that time.
