Compared to adhesive bonding, it excels in strength, reliability, thermal conductivity, and outgassing characteristics. ● Characteristics of Silicon Carbide 1. Minimal reduction in mechanical strength at high temperatures (above 1000°C) and excellent wear resistance. 2. Due to its strong covalent bonding, it is the hardest and most corrosion-resistant among fine ceramics, with good sliding properties in liquids. 3.
