We would like to introduce a case where Elma's forklift batteries were implemented in vehicles used by a major logistics company, which traditionally have a lifespan exceeding 5 years, and the batteries were rejuvenated. The forklift that was replaced is the "Nichiyu Reach 1.5t 48V VCF320," and at the time of installation, it was in a state where it could not last a day without charging, which was required every three days. After the introduction, the lifespan extension achieved was 1.6 times. The product design lifespan is over 15 years, and it can be reused repeatedly through reinstallation. By measuring the battery and hearing about the operational conditions, the extendable period can be roughly estimated.
