As a new model of lighting for image processing and appearance inspection, we have added two series of high-brightness linear dome (half-pipe) lighting equipped with a natural heat dissipation structure to our lineup. We have improved the illuminance performance compared to the conventional series, contributing to the acceleration and high resolution of inspection lines. ■ LLDEA-N-2 Series: 50mm opening width, high output type The white illuminance is approximately 1.6 times that of the conventional LLDEA. Despite its compact housing, it achieves high output, and the light diffused inside the dome uniformly illuminates the work surface. It suppresses shadows and halation caused by unevenness, enabling stable imaging. As a natural heat dissipation model, it is also suitable for clean room environments such as substrate manufacturing processes. ■ LLDEB-N-2 Series: 100mm opening width, high diffusion type The white illuminance is approximately 1.2 times that of the conventional LLDEB. This high output type with a wide opening width is suitable for inspecting large workpieces and wide lines. The uniform light diffused inside the dome exhibits high stability in surface inspection and edge inspection.
